Millennium Atlantico Bank strengthens its position as a leading /benchmark financial institution, with the USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) service, the first of its kind implemented in Angola.
USSD is a reinforcement of ATLANTICO's omnichannel platform and is another incentive for its customers to join digital channels and turn the management of their accounts easy and accessible.
This joint collaboration between ITSector and ATLANTICO, results in a “Plan to make differentiated products available to the market, from their conception, analysis, development, and maintenance”, as indicated by Kiesse Lourenço, USSD Product Owner of the Bank.
ITSector's know-how in this project provided a series of advantages for the final customers of this institution, significantly improving their experience:
- Supports menu-based applications facilitating queries and operations;
- Operation on almost all GSM mobile phones, requiring no smartphones or internet network;
- Simultaneous voice and data communication in real-time;
- Available on the national network and also roaming.
